At West Monroe, I worked in technology transaction services across more than 70 M&A transactions. At Parts Authority and now Driven Distribution Group, my work has been closer to the day-to-day realities of running and changing a business.
That experience has shaped how I think about technology leadership. There's the strategy and the transaction plan, but there's also the harder, less visible work of integrating systems, supporting teams, managing risk, and keeping the business moving.
